BerryBloom · For software & B2B

Nobody searches
“rental software
near me.”

Your buyer spends months researching, talks to two or three vendors, and has a shortlist built before anyone at your company knows they exist. Everything depends on being on it.

$10,000
The full site. One time.
Up to 20 pages, built page by page.
Then the work that gets you found
for the problems you solve. Quoted separately.
Why the usual advice does not apply

Your buyer is not
having an emergency.

Most marketing advice is written for businesses whose customers have a problem right now — a burst pipe, a locked door. Almost none of it transfers to you, and following it wastes real money.

  • There is no map pack, and no radius. You are not competing to be the closest. Local SEO — the thing most agencies lead with — does nothing for you, and we will not sell it to you.
  • They search the problem, not your product. Nobody types your category until late. They type what is going wrong: kit going out and never coming back, stock counts that never match, a compliance deadline they only just found out about. If you only have pages about your product, you are invisible for every one of those.
  • They compare you before they contact you. By the time a form gets filled in, the decision is most of the way made. Your site is not the start of the conversation — it is the whole audition.
  • And increasingly they ask an AI first. “What should we use for X?” gets answered by ChatGPT and Gemini reading pages like yours. If your site does not explain what you do in plain language, you do not get named.
What we usually find

The site is not losing you
deals loudly.

That is the problem. Nobody complains. They just quietly go elsewhere, and you never hear about it. Four things come up almost every time:

  • No pricing anywhere. The most common reason a serious buyer leaves without a trace. They are not price shopping — they are trying to work out whether you are in their world at all before they spend an hour on a call. If the answer is not on the page, the safest move is to leave.
  • Every question becomes a sales call. Nothing is self-serve, so your team spends its day answering things a page could have answered, and the buyers who did not want to call never became anything.
  • Nothing has been updated in years because it cannot be — the site needs a developer for a paragraph change. So it slowly stops describing what the company actually does now.
  • You rank for your own name and almost nothing else. Which means you only get found by people who already know you. Every buyer who does not is being served somebody else’s page.
What we build

A site that does
the first three sales calls.

  • A real site, up to 20 pages, built page by page. You approve as we go rather than waiting six months for a reveal. Page one carries the design, the rest reuse it.
  • One page per problem you solve, in the words your buyers use, not your internal product names. This is the part that gets you found, and it is the part almost every B2B site is missing.
  • Pricing, or an honest reason there is not any. “Starts at” and a worked example beats silence every time. If your pricing genuinely depends, say what it depends on.
  • The answers your salespeople give every week, written down once — integrations, migration, implementation time, what it is like to switch, who it is not for. Being straight about who you are not for is the fastest way to be believed by the people you are for.
  • Built fast and plainly — plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript, no theme or builder weight. Google measures how fast pages load, and answer engines have to be able to read you. Yours to host anywhere, source code included.
The whole price list

Add what you need.
Nothing you don’t.

BerryBloom · Software & B2BEstimate
The full site $10,000 Up to 20 pages on one design system, built page by page with rolling approval. Deployed wherever you want it, source code yours. Paid once.
Something smaller quoted Not everybody needs twenty pages. We scope the problems you want to be found for and give you one number and one date. Page one carries the design; the rest reuse it, so they cost a fraction of it.
Growth Plan $1,000 /mo After the site, this is the one we’d sell you next. At least one new page or article every month answering a real buying question, technical upkeep, rank tracking against the phrases your buyers actually use, and a monthly report showing what moved and what we’re doing next — including whether the answer engines have started naming you. Cancel any time on thirty days’ notice.

No local SEO line on this page, and no social one. Both exist and we sell them to businesses they suit. Yours is not one, and quoting for them would be taking your money for something we know will not move your number.
